My clients come to me with many different concerns. Some are navigating deep emotional pain—loss, grief, trauma, or challenges in their relationships. Others feel lost or disconnected, searching for meaning or a sense of direction. Many are carrying significant stress, whether from their work, their families, or the accumulation of life’s demands.
My work as a psychologist has been shaped by decades of curiosity—by a desire to understand not only how people suffer, but how they truly heal. From my early training at Harvard to my work with equine-assisted therapy, and now in my clinical practice with veterans and active-duty military personnel facing PTSD, anxiety, and depression, I have continued to follow that question wherever it leads.
Over time, this path has taken me beyond traditional approaches and into more integrative forms of care. My work with horses opened a deeper understanding of regulation, presence, and nonverbal connection. More recently, my training in psychedelic-assisted therapy has expanded that exploration even further—offering new ways to access insight, process trauma, and support lasting change when held within the right therapeutic context.
I am a certified provider of Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy through the California Institute of Integral Studies and have completed training with the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies.
At the core of my work is a simple belief: healing does not come from insight alone. It happens when the nervous system shifts, when the body feels safe enough to let go, and when change is experienced—not just understood.
